Anderson Lake Tower 4001 S 6th Street – 3rd Floor Conference Room
There is parking on the street and in the lots east of 6th Street (as it is a workday, there is minimal parking in the tower lot).
The classes are FREE and held on a regular basis throughout the year at various locations. They are held on evenings and weekends to accommodate virtually anyone’s schedule.
The classes are generally either one (1) five hour session in one day or two (2) 2.5 hour sessions for two nights. Attendees get a free 100 page comprehensive manual and handouts on a variety of legal and business issues related to managing a property. There will be a meal break from 4-5PM, but there are no vending machines or food for-purchase in the library.

Bringing note-taking materials is recommended.
