Completion of education classes is required for most down payment and closing cost grants as well as many special loan products.
After completing the workshops, you must sign-up for a one-on-one counseling session or attend credit counseling based upon your assessment. You will be required to provide all required intake information in order to receive a certificate of completion for the workshops.
