Take the first step to homeownership and attend a Homeworks for Homebuyers Education workshops with HRI!
Join HRI for one of their 3-part workshop series! These sessions continues on September 17th. You must have attended the workshop on September 3rd before this session. Please attend all sessions for completion of the class.

- How to calculate how much you can afford
- How to apply and qualify for mortgage loans
- Overcoming barriers that may prevent your home purchase
- What grant assistance may be available, including matching funds to help repair foreclosed properties
