Take the first step to homeownership and attend a VIRTUAL Homebuyers Education workshop with HRI! This is the first of a three-workshop series. You must attend all 3 sessions on the April 13, 20 & 27 to receive credit for completing the workshop!

- How to apply and qualify for mortgage loans
- Overcoming barriers that may prevent your home purchase
- What grant assistance may be available, including matching funds to help repair foreclosed properties
