Take the first step to homeownership and attend a Homebuyers Education workshop with HRI! You must attend all sessions on the 7th, 14th, and 21st to receive full credit for this workshop!

- How to apply and qualify for mortgage loans
- Overcoming barriers that may prevent your home purchase
- What grant assistance may be available, including matching funds to help repair foreclosed properties
