Did you know that with a low-interest rate mortgage you can own a home for less than you pay with your rent? Typical Milwaukee Habitat homes range from $500 – $800 per month, which includes taxes and insurance.
This is the first step to learning more about Habitat’s affordable homeownership program. In the orientation you will learn about the income, credit, and program requirements. You will also learn about the neighborhoods where we are building and the types of homes being constructed.
During the orientation you will have the opportunity to ask additional questions and complete an application.
Attendance is only required for one session, therefore please only register for one session based on your availability. As your orientation date approaches you will receive a confirmation letter/email with additional details.
