Pathways to Homeownership Program

SDC will help you prepare to purchase a home and walk you through the process from beginning to end. Join SDC’s Pathways to Homeownership program and get started on your pathway to buying a home and building wealth.

SDC’s Financial and Housing Specialists provide financial counseling and education classes free of charge. Eligible participants may receive down payment and closing costs help, homebuyer education, and certifications to make buying a home a reality.

You must attend a workshop to qualify for down payment grants and other assistance.  Breakfast and lunch is included in the day-long workshop.
