Es obligatorio asistir a la Sesión 1 y a la Sesión 2 para recibir un certificado de comprador de vivienda. Los seminarios son gratuitos, se llevan a cabo de 6 a 10 p.m., y se realizan en UCC Ricardo Diaz Early Learning Academy.

It is mandatory to take Session 1 and Session 2 to receive a homebuyer certificate. Seminars are free, take place from 6–10 p.m., and are held in UCC Ricardo Diaz Early Learning Academy.
